Who is responsible

We are responsible for processing data on this website: „ABdev“ vl. Begić Amel, obrt za razvoj softvera, Selima ef. Merdanovića 114, 72240 Kakanj, Zeničko-dobojski kanton, Bosna i Hercegovina. You can write to us at amelbegic96@outlook.com. Further company details are in the imprint.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open it, the server automatically processes technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it from abuse.

Images on the website are stored on Vercel Blob, a service of the same provider. Fonts are loaded from our own server, without requests to Google or other services.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely and correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

For aggregated statistics on visits and page speed we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Neither sets cookies or tracks you across other websites; we only see aggregated data, such as which pages are read most and how fast they load.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form

When you send an inquiry, we store the details you entered: name, email, company and phone if provided, what you want to build, when you want to start and your message. We also record the language, the page the inquiry came from and the time you agreed to this policy.

We don't store your IP address. To protect against spam we keep only a one-way hash of it, from which the address cannot be recovered, and we limit the number of inquiries per hour.

Inquiries are stored in our database (Neon, servers in the EU). An email notifies us of a new inquiry and you receive an automatic confirmation; both are sent by Resend.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for spam protection our legitimate interest (point f). We keep inquiries for [PLACEHOLDER: rok čuvanja upita].

Booking a call

The calendar for the intro call comes from Cal.com and only loads when you click “Load calendar” or open the link. Only then does Cal.com receive your IP address and the details you enter when booking, and it processes them under its own privacy policy.

The legal basis is your consent, given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Email and WhatsApp

If you write to us by email or via WhatsApp, we process the details in your message to reply to you. The WhatsApp button is a plain link: data only goes to WhatsApp (Meta) once you open it. The same applies to the links to LinkedIn and GitHub.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when your message is about working together, and otherwise our legitimate interest in replying (point f).

Cookies

We only use functional cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner:

  • NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you pick in the language switcher, for up to a year.
  • Sign-in cookies for the CMS exist only for our team and are never set for visitors.

These cookies are needed for features you use yourself, so we don't ask for consent for them.

Processors

We use these service providers to run the website:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting, images (Vercel Blob) and visitor statistics
  • Neon: database with inquiries, on servers in the EU
  • Resend: sending inquiry emails and the automatic confirmation
  • Cal.com: booking calls, only after you click

Transfers outside the EU and data processing agreements: [PLACEHOLDER: pravni osnov prijenosa i ugovor o obradi za svakog obrađivača].

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before then. To do any of this, write to us at amelbegic96@outlook.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: [PLACEHOLDER: nadležni nadzorni organ].

Changes

We update this policy when the way the website works changes. The version published here applies.
