Questions
What happens to our data?
Documents stay in your database, and we only send the model the parts needed for an answer. We choose the provider and settings so your data isn't used to train models, and that is written in the quote.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. That's why the assistant cites a source with every answer, and with automatic document processing a person confirms before anything is written to the system. Before launch we test with your real questions.
How much do the AI calls cost per month?
It depends on the number of users and documents. In the prototype we measure real usage and give you an estimate, and in the app we set a cost limit.
